Kristen Dominick joined Doyle in 2016 and, in 2019, became our Human Resources Manager, responsible for new employee on-boarding and benefits programs offered by the company. Kristen loves that Human Resources is an ever-changing evolving position, and there is always an opportunity to learn new things.

Kristen obtained a B.A. in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Southeastern Louisiana University. She enjoys spending time with her two children and watching Saints and LSU football.
