J. Warren Doyle began his career in the Energy industry in 1978 as a Landman and Right-of-Way Agent. In 1981, Warren started his own land services firm, now Doyle Land Services, Inc., (Doyle) and he continues to serve as its President. Doyle employs over 300 right-of-way professionals and landmen performing right-of-way, leasing, permitting, title, project management (utilizing the Doyle Right of Way Project Data and Mapping System) and property management services for the pipeline, gas storage, utility (transmission line), oil and gas exploration, telecommunications and transportation industries throughout the U.S.
As a leading land services provider to the Energy industry, Warren has contractually constructed (title, permitting and acquisition), or performed due diligence on, mainline, lateral, and gathering pipeline systems, gas storage fields, utility transmission lines, 2D and 3D seismic surveys and oil and gas fields. Further, he has managed in excess of 500,000 mineral acres.
The data and mapping systems Warren and the Doyle team created to manage such efforts (the Doyle Right of Way Project Data and Mapping System) are the most user-friendly and efficient right of way project management tools in the industry.
Warren earned a degree in Business Administration from Tulane University in 1979. He is recognized as an oil and gas expert in testimony before the Commissioner of Conservation for the State of Louisiana. He is proudly an active member of the IRWA and he authored and teaches the IRWA course on Oil and Gas Land Basics and Surface Related Issues.
Warren lives in New Orleans, Louisiana, is married to Laurie E. Doyle and they have four (4) children and three (3) grandsons. He travels the country in service to his clients and his wife.
